Stage 2 - PuripHy – pH Modifier
“The LAA Transporter”
Contains Tea Tree Oil, Olea Europea (olive leaf extract),
vitamins C and E, Aloe Vera, Salicylic Acid (derived
from botanical sources) and Glycolic Acids (derived
from sugar cane). PuripHy prepares the skin for optimal
ingredient penetration by lowering the pH, reducing
oil, closing and refining pores,and removing dead
cells. Focusing the application on areas with large
pores and excess oil (nose, cheeks, forehead, etc.),
yields an anti-acne, anti-bacterial effect.
PuripHy Lotion (stage 2). Tea Tree oil and salicylic acid are balanced with aloe and other organic botanicals to further reduce the skin’s pH to 3.0. Clinical studies cite reducing the skin’s pH to a near acid level, allows LAA to penetrate the deep layer’s of the skin. PuripHy further aids in regulating sebum production, cleanses pores and signals tightening of the pores. Apply with a half portion of a cotton disc. Rub against skin until the disc is nearly dry. Concentrate on areas where larger pores reside. If skin is normally very dry, apply less PuripHy. More oily, apply more.
The most important part of stage 2, is to allow PuripHy to dry adequately before moving on to the next stage. Pores need time to biologically constrict. Modus is non-comedogenic, but LAA’s by-products oxidize with sun exposure. Do not allow Vitamin C LAA to pool in the pore openings, as it will settle and oxidize. DO NOT APPLY TO NECK, EYE SOCKET, OR DECOTAGE - this can cause a crustiness to develop which is uncomfortable. No danger is posed, however, just irritation can occur.
It is medically proven that in order for LAA to molecularly penetrate the skin’s surface – skin MUST first be acidified. Used in conjunction with the acidifying PrepH cleanser, PuripHy further reduces the skin’s surface pH to ~3.0 (varies with each patient), creating an ideal pH level. If the skin is not acidified, Vitamin C is basically trapped and sits upon the skin’s surface… ultimately oxidizing. Collagen synthesis and stimulation of elastin ONLY occurs when molecularly assisted. A true biological effect is what transforms skin with dramatic improvements.
