Acne Regimen
Apply Stages 1,2,3,4 (claripHy K-A), 7 & 8 in the A.M
Apply Stages 1,2,3,4 (claripHy K-A), 6, & 8 in the P.M.
Apply Stage 6 only 3 times/week and in the P.M.
Stages 2 & 3, when used correctly per the regimen’s dosage, will have to be re- supplied monthly.
Sunscreen is imperative following this regimen to avoid hyper-pigmentation of lesions.
EXAMPLE: A female patient with adult onset acne has tried various treatments and is frustrated and is looking for a non-pharmaceutical regimen. This 42-year old patient complains of acne in patterns that seem to fluctuate* with hormonal patterns. These patients need to understand the complexity of the situation and should be treated with great care and be provided education on their condition. Patients should be informed and expect a worsening in their condition in the beginning weeks before transitioning to an improved situation. MODUS will NOT cure acne, however, MODUS can control the visual outbreaks of acne and can provide results in making the skin appear radiant and blemish-free after several compliant weeks of a regimen that is mindful** of the irritation to which acne is attributed.
